Green Chutney chaala easy and it is worth the effort.

Depends on what flavor you want (mint or coriander) increase the quantity of that. I prefer mint.
So
1 cup mint
1/2 cup coriander
4-6 green chillies (depends on size and how spicy u want..some of my friends use jalapeno's)
couple of garlic cloves
1/2-1 table spoon lemon juice
1 inch ginger (piece or grated)

Blend all this and add water according to the consistency u want. Salt accordingly.

I tried to come up with measurements...not sure how accurate they are.

ninna lunch ki chicken tikka masala with rotis and rice (one prefers with rotis other with rice), fruit kesari (regular kesari lo oka chinna can of pineapple and 1 banana vesa)

Ringu...nenu chesindi Butter Paneer. Kaani chieckn pieces chinnagane unte baaguntundi- like 1 inch. paneer kante koncham peddaga. Also I don't bake..chesthe it might be good, but too much work for me :-P

yekkado chadiva ee recipe, tried it with few changes from the original
tastes really good, healthy, quick. I had a bowl of it for lunch/dinner and its very filling too.

Steam 1 pkt frozen corn (5 mins in microwave with closed lid)
1 potato boil and cut into small pieces
cut bell pepper (green/red any color) into 1 inch long pieces
green chillies finely chopped
onions chopped

in a pan, put little bit of oil, fry green chillies an onions till onions are translucent.
then add bell peppers and fry for couple of mins
then add steamed corn, potato pieces, salt to taste and stir every thing close the lid and cook for another min or two.
Can add chopped cilantro to garnish

Coarsely grind Coriander leaves, green chilli and ginger

Heat oil in a pan and put all the seasoning stuff, inguva, curry leaves...
add thin slices of brinjal...koncham magginaaka..add the paste will some salt and let it cook without lid..lekapothe neeru vacchestundi..

Very simple and yummyyyy

chala easy gane undi, taste breadlage undi:)

bread konchem veyinchi sugar vesi grind chesi, neyyi leka milk with nuts vesi laddulaga kattatame!

bread smell rakudadu ante cardamom powder kani pachhakarupuram veyyali anthe!

monna popcorn tho kood ilage chesa!

ivi chestu, nenu bread chinni pieces ga cut chesi, konchem olive oil, sumac vesi kalipi microwave lo petta 4 mins kiset chesa emo smell vastondani hall loki vachhi chuste illanta poga, microwave ninda poga, nenu pettina bread anta madi poyindi:( inka lopala nippu kooda undi , sink lo vesi anni subraham ga kadagalsi vachhindi, na bread sumac sangati idi :(

Carrot Egg Rice (Recipe source MAA TV maa oori vanta program 8) )

tue afternoon choosa aa program, ninna night chesaa, very tasty, already weekend ki inkosari cheyyamani requests vacchai :shy:

Ingrdients:

2 cups basmati rice (cooked with little bit slat)
3-4 carrots grated
1/2 big or 1 med onion chopped
10-12 green chillies (depending on taste)
1 cup green peas (I dont like sweetness of frozen peas in rice, so soaked dry peas and cooked in water and salt)
cashews roasted in little bit oil
5 eggs
1 heaped spoon garam masala powder

In a pan put some oil, let it heat, then fry onions and green chillies. When the onions are translucent, add grated carrots, green peas.
Fry until carrots are cooked (grated carrots cook fast, takes 5-6 mins)
Add garam masala powder, some salt, mix well
break and add the eggs on top of this curry, leave it like that for a min, then mix it with the curry, egg will be cooked in a minute or two
then add rice and mix every thing well, taste it and add salt if necessary.
Add the fried cashews to the rice

Enjoy the tasty and healthy carrot egg rice 8)

ninna night raagi attu try chesa (again from MAA TV maa oori vanta program).

1 carrot grated, 1/2 cup chopped spinach, 1/2 onion finley chopped, cilantro and green chillies finely chopped
1 hr nanapettina senagapappu oka 1/4th cup

ivvanni raagi pindi lo with a spoon of oil and koncham water, and some salt tho chapathi pindi laa gattigaa mix cheskoni
(about 1 or 1.5 cups of pindi approx, just anni baaga bind ayyelaa)

ball of pindi teeskoni wax paper meeda hand tho vatti penam meeda 1-2 drops oil vesi ee attu kalisthe its done

like the taste, very healthy ingredients :pouce: (raagi pindi taste alavatu leni vaallaki koncham weird gaa anipiyyacchemo), deenni pandu mirapakayala pacchadi tho thinnam :yummy:
